Tracy Wise


Tracy Wise is the vice president for CHAMPS Group Purchasing, a business affiliate of The Center for Health Affairs. Wise is responsible for growing the GPO program, building strategic partnerships and ensuring members realize their savings potential.

Wise joined the CHAMPS GPO team in 2010, providing service to members across the continuum of care as an account manager and later served as the director of operations and associate vice president for the business line. Her knowledge and education in senior living, supply chain, hospitality and organizational leadership help to continually elevate the GPO team to maximize member savings, increase collaboration, drive operational efficiencies, expand contract offerings, and ensure goals are achieved through empowerment and teamwork.

In 2017, Wise was honored with an Elevate Award to recognize her outstanding contributions to and collaboration with Capstone. Then in 2018, Wise served on a panel for Capstone suppliers at their Annual Forum in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. During the supplier panel, "Strategies that Work," she provided suppliers with effective strategies for working within the supply chain, including evaluating cost and quality, introducing new products, as well as managing relationships with buyers. Additionally, Wise is a member of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), and serves on several advisory groups, councils and sourcing committees to help identify ways to drive down the cost of healthcare.

Wise’s operational mindset and knowledge of customer service helps her to constantly think of new, efficient ways to deliver superior service and increase membership value. She recognizes everything her team does plays a vital role in helping members reach their organization’s savings goals.
