On Tuesday, May 21, CHAMPS Group Purchasing distributed its annual GPO member satisfaction survey to nearly 3,000 CHAMPS GPO members via Qualtrics’ online survey platform. The survey included questions such as:
The GPO member satisfaction survey resulted in an overall satisfaction rank of nearly 90%.
"We appreciate our members’ feedback and use their responses to build our strategic plan for the coming years,” said Director of Operations Ariel Rhea. “Our ultimate goal is to provide great service. It’s what separates us from other GPOs. Our annual GPO member satisfaction survey helps us identify the wants of the customers as a whole.”
The CHAMPS GPO member satisfaction survey included several open-ended questions which gave members the opportunity to provide additional comments about their experience with CHAMPS GPO. Comments overwhelming related back to CHAMPS’ team of group purchasing experts and the exceptional level of member service they provide.
